At 15, Perry moved to Los Angeles to work on his acting career, which eventually led to his role as Chandler Bing in the hit series Friends. Located in the heart of Los Angeles, the penthouse is in the Westwood area, which is well known for housing UCLA’s campus. According to Forbes, when the property was put on the market in August, it set the mark as the priciest condo listing for sale in Los Angeles. Perry purchased the penthouse in 2017 for $20,000,000, which at the time was the highest sale of the year in Westwood, according to the Los Angeles Times.
