A man had to undergo emergency surgery after his eye was gouged out during a bar fight following the All Blacks test in New Plymouth on Saturday night. Detective Senior Sergeant Brent Matuku said emergency services were called to the Nag 'N' Noggin bar on Tukapa St about 10.15pm after a brawl broke out. The Nag 'N' Noggin bar is about 500 metres away from Yarrow Stadium, where the All Blacks took on Argentina. Deena Coster Police are investigating a bar brawl at Nag 'N' Noggin in New Plymouth, where a man had his eye ripped from its socket.
