In his first Mann Ki Baat radio show in 2018, Prime Minister Narendra Modi talked about the women achievers who have contributed immensely to the positive transformation of the country. Citing some examples, the Prime Minister said women are now playing a pioneering role, establishing milestones in many fields. She was been conferred with Padma Shree award-You must have heard name of Arvind Gupta ji who was conferred with Padma Shree award. -Modi says India’s Nari Shakti has contributed a lot in the positive transformation being witnessed in our country and society. She left us in the Columbia space shuttle mishap, but not without becoming a source of inspiration for millions of young people the world over.”- This is the first episode of Mann Ki Baat in the year 2018.
