Manjunath, Chairman of the A.P. Commission for Backward Classes (BCs) on Saturday night said the report on inclusion of various castes in the list of BCs submitted by any one of the members could not be considered as the “report of the Commission”. Only then it is considered as the report of the Commission,” he said speaking to mediapersons. No single member can submit the report. The State Cabinet cleared BC reservation of 5% to Kapus saying it was based on the recommendation of the “three- member Commission headed by Justice Manjunath”.
