The Winnipeg Regional Health Authority says the province's New Year's baby was born about half an hour after midnight early Monday morning, and she and the parents are doing just fine. Baby Willow was due on Jan. 10 but decided to arrive a few weeks early, said Kathy. "Very happy, very proud," said Sheldon, adding he will never let Willow forget she was the New Year's baby.
