In the ongoing row over Electronic Voting Machines (EVMs), Deputy CM Manish Sisodia on Saturday accused the Election Commission of India of over-guaranteeing EVMs. Sisodia, who was a part of the all party meet at EC on Friday, said the EVMs can be tampered. The person who made it might have an excellent command over its engineering but at the same time, there are smarter persons who can tamper their EVMs," Sisodia said.
