MANILA, Philippines — The city government of Manila on Monday increased the allowed seating capacity in churches, chapels and mosques for religious gatherings from 10 percent to 30 percent to promote economic and spiritual well-being. Manila Mayor Francisco “Isko Moreno” Domagoso said only citizens 18 to 65 years old were allowed to attend religious gatherings.
