The Muntinlupa local government has announced the closure of its national highway from Susana Heights to Alabang Viaduct on Saturday, Dec. 23, the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) said. According to an MMDA advisory on Friday, the said thoroughfares would be closed from 12:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. due to the annual Metro Manila Film Festival (MMFF) parade of stars.
