Manila Police District gets electric motorcycles from Chinese embassyMANILA, Philippines — The Chinese embassy has donated 50 electric motorcycles to the Manila Police District (MPD). Mayor Joseph Estrada accepted the donation from Chinese Ambassador Zhao Jianhua during turnover rites at the Manila Police District (MPD) headquarters on Monday. In his speech, Zhao condoled with the families of those who died in the Jolo, Sulu bombings. He said China would continue supporting President Duterte’s efforts to maintain peace and stability in the Philippines. The MPD marked its 118th founding anniversary on Monday.
