New York real-estate developer Steven Witkoff has sold his personal penthouse in Manhattan’s West Village for $33 million, according to people familiar with the deal. The unit is in 150 Charles Street, a condo building developed by Mr. Witkoff’s company in 2013. He retained the penthouse for himself, paying roughly $24 million for the unit, records show.
