The department of devolved units in Mandera on Saturday commenced the training of new officials. Among those undergoing training at the National Youth Service Training college, Naivasha are village administrators, chief enforcement assistant officers and senior enforcement assistant officers. The training was officially opened by CECM public services Abdiaziz Said. Areas of training include coordination, management, public participation, project supervision and service delivery at the village level. The Chief Officer Devolved Units, Yussuf Didow reiterated on the need to observe the laid down regulations at the college.
