Abedi’s brother Hashem is suspected of also being involved and is being held in Libya. But inquests into the 22 arena deaths are on hold until a criminal probe into Hashem has taken place. Steve Howe, from Oldham, who lost his wife Alison in the terror attack, told Sky News: ‘Why would we want him back? Greater Manchester Police said: ‘The legal process remains ongoing in relation to the extradition of Hashem Abedi, who is in detention in Libya.
