A MANCHESTER Arena terror attack survivor has called on the UK to pounce on suicide bomber Salman Abedi’s brother in Libya and bring him to justice. Robby Potter has issued the plea to British troops on the second anniversary of the atrocity that saw 22 people killed at an Ariana Grande concert. Radical islamist Abedi, 22, detonated a shrapnel-laden homemade bomb as families and young children were leaving the arena at around 10.30pm. Mr Potter, 49, was standing just a few feet away from the terrorist but miraculously survived the attack. The dad-of-two, from Prenton, Wirral, was in a coma for three weeks after a bolt from the bomb pierced his heart.
