In a bombshell announcement on Thursday night, the government put new restrictions in place across the whole of Greater Manchester to tackle surging coronavirus infection rates. On Friday revellers hit out at the government - saying it wasn't clear what they can and can't do. People can be fined up to £100 if they do not stick to the rules, which will be reviewed next week. "At all times, you should socially distance from people you do not live with – unless they are in your support bubble."
