A Manchester United themed cafe has been handed a zero-star hygiene rating after being found of having a rat infestation. The United Cafe - which is decorated with the Red Devils' colours and located just a few hundred yards away from Old Trafford - is popular among match-going fans. Along with the United Cafe, a next-door venue named Legends also closed down voluntarily at the time due to the infestation. An ‘urgent improvement’ mark is shown against the management of food safety at United Cafe. Meanwhile, a spokesperson for the council said: ‘Trafford Council environmental health officers gave the United Cafe/Legends a zero food hygiene rating following a routine visit.
