The huge European games keep on coming with struggling reigning Premier League champions Liverpool taking on Champions League holders PSG on Wednesday night, while Barcelona face La Liga rivals Atletico Madrid. Scholes has hailed PSG as the ‘best team in the world’ ahead of those fixtures but insists it is not beyond the realms of possibility that Liverpool will beat the Champions League holders. ‘PSG are probably the best team in the world right now. ‘PSG, I’ve said it a few times, they’re probably the best team in the world.
