Sergio Aguero reported to Man City that he was verbally abused and spat atAguero was surrounded by a number of fans at full-time and appeared to confront one supporter in particular. The player subsequently reported that he was spat at and abused by a Wigan fan. City were considering legal action and whether the player had case for common assault after meeting with Aguero the following morning.
