The term Millennials generally refers to the generation of people born between the early 1980s and the early 2000s. Knowing Millennials, one can seek to create, cultivate a work culture of engagement for early career talent. Earlier we identified the Baby Boomers, the Generation X and the Millennials. More importantly, unleash the potentials of the youngest generation by leveraging on the experience of the previous generations. Managing Millenials should be considered an investment in the future of one’s enterprise and of our country.
