KUALA LUMPUR (Nov 3): ManagePay Services, the managed payment services arm of ACE-market listed ManagePay Systems Bhd, has been selected as one of the six registered peer-to-peer (P2P) financing platform operators in Malaysia. The other five operators are B2B FinPal, Ethis Kapital, FundedByMe Malaysia, Modalku Ventures and Peoplender. The six operators were announced by Securities Commission Malaysia (SC) chairman Tan Sri Ranjit Ajit Singh at the SC by SC Digital Finance Conference 2016 today. "Market based financing including P2P and equity crowd funding will help enhance the access to financing for entrepreneurs and SME business in Malaysia," he said. At 11.20am, ManagePay rose 1.5 sen or 9.68% to 17 sen with 1.62 million shares traded.
