A man and woman were murdered and their bodies burnt in Kamulu area, Kayole in unclear circumstances. Police who visited the scene established that the bodies appeared to have been murdered elsewhere and brought to the scene, where they were burnt. Both bodies were naked at the time of discovery and their legs and hands were tied with shoelaces, police and witnesses said. According to police, the body of the male had visible injuries on the head, stomach, and thigh, while the female body had no visible injuries but the lower part of the waist was missing. The scene was processed and the bodies were moved to the mortuary waiting for identification and autopsy.
