Paul Brown, 42, is the chief executive of plant-based food company BOL Foods, which sells salads, drinks and instant meals that can be reheated. Raised in Manchester, Brown tried out for Manchester City, then played rugby union at Brunel University and Sale Sharks' academy. Brown said: "Inspired and full of healthy Californian goodness, I came back to the UK and joined Innocent Drinks, when there was only a handful of us." BOL now claims to have sold more than 40million portions of vegetables worth £52million.
