Man who jumped turnstile sentenced to two weeks in jail for slapping MTR station officerA musical instrument repairer, 39, who was found guilty of a count of common assault for slapping a station officer at the Central MTR station on October 14 last year after jumping a turnstile, has been sentenced to 14 days of imprisonment by the Eastern Magistates' Courts today. The defendant will be released as he had already been remanded for 14 days.
