Max Ronaldson, 25, approached the woman on three separate occasions, jeering and making offensive comments, before she was able to take his picture and reported the incidents. A similar incident occurred on February 12 when Ronaldson approached the woman again but was seen off by two members of the public. (Image: PA)On February 21 Ronaldson approached her again but she was able to film on her phone and take pictures which she passed on to police. He was arrested and charged with two offences - threatening behaviour likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress, and causing harassment without violence.
