A Sioux Falls man who pleaded guilty to manslaughter for fatally shooting his brother has been sentenced to 15 years in prison. Twenty-eight-year-old Jeremy Eischens was charged in July 2017, after he brought his 24-year-old brother, Brandon Eischens, to the emergency room with gunshot wounds. Eischens initially said his brother had been shot in a drive-by shooting, but later admitted that he accidentally shot him. The Sioux Falls Argus Leader reports that more than a dozen friends and family members attended Friday's sentencing. ———Information from: Argus Leader, http://www.argusleader.com
