HALIFAX—Nova Scotia’s police watchdog has identified the 24-year-old man who died after being shot by police in an incident this weekend. The investigation was handed over to the Serious Incident Response Team (SIRT), the agency that investigates serious incidents involving police in Nova Scotia.
