Fulgence Kayishema, who is accused of genocide in Rwanda in 1994, and hiding out in South Africa, might apply for bail when he appears in the Cape Town Magistrate's Court on Friday. He also faces South African immigration charges based on documents found during a search of his home. This is understood to relate to the identity he used in South Africa.
