Toronto police are looking for a suspect after a woman was violently assaulted at a home in North York. According to a Toronto police news release, police were called to a home near Keele St. and Lawrence Ave. W. at around 7:11 a.m. on Friday after a man suddenly choked and stabbed the woman with “an object.” Although she was able to flee the home, the woman was taken to hospital with life-altering injuries.
