A loose moose evaded authorities in, around, and through the St. John's harbour for three hours Tuesday night. Moose in the harbour near Temperance St. Public are asked to stay away as the moose is becoming stressed. On Twitter, the Royal Newfoundland Constabulary advised the public to stay away from Temperance Street as the moose was becoming stressed because of the attention.
