Police responded to a home on Hillside Crescent at around 1 a.m. Friday for a report of a shooting. After arriving at the scene, officers found a man who lives at the residence suffering from gunshot wounds, Durham police said in a news release. He has been identified as Brian Shane Windsor, 38, of Hillside Crescent. Micah Wagenberg said the relationship between the victim and the man in custody was unclear.
