Emergency services have been called to a property on Bush Rd in Tuamarina, north of Blenheim. A man has been injured after a van he was repairing fell on top of him. Police and an ambulance went to the man's house in Tuamarina, north of Blenheim, about 3.20pm on Wednesday. A police spokeswoman said initial inquiries suggested the man was repairing the vehicle when it fell on top of him. She was unable to confirm how serious the injuries were, but said WorkSafe had been notified.
