[Courtesy]A man killed his wife's secret lover before surrendering to police in a confessed love triangle. Nyamira County Commissioner Amos Mariba confirmed the incident saying the deceased was taking tea at the hotel whose proprietor is the woman at the centre of the murder incident. "Preliminary investigations indicate that the deceased was involved in a love affair with the wife of the suspected killer," he said, adding that the weapon has been marked for presentation before court as an exhibit. It is alleged that the deceased had been warned on several occassions of the illicit affair with the married woman but could hear none of this. Friends to the deceased said the woman at the centre of the love triangle co-owns the hotel business with the husband.
