The deceased, identified as Yaw Bo was undergoing treatment for insomnia when he took his own life at Gomoa Manso near Agona Swedru in the Central Region. It is uncertain what might have caused the father of five to take his own life but his uncle suspects he might have committed suicide out of frustration. He explained that the late Yaw Bo had complained of having sleepless nights – a situation which had been with him for years. “For the past years, his wife said he has been having sleepless nights and was undergoing treatment but we don’t know why he took his life,” he said.
