A man is dead after being struck by a northeast C-Train Sunday evening, paramedics said in a release. The man had been hit by a southbound train and died from his injuries at the scene. One passenger on the train was also assessed for non-life-threatening injuries but did not require transport to hospital. EMS responded to the Whitehorn LRT station just before 7:30 p.m. Calgary police are investigating.
