Police in Changamwe are probing an incident in which a man is alleged to have stabbed his wife and later hanged himself. "We are investigating what led the man to injure his wife and, thereafter, kill himself," he said. Omanwa said police found the woman with knife wounds at a local hospital before she was transferred to Coast General Hospital. Thereafter, they learnt that a man had hanged himself. The body was taken to Coast General Hospital Mortuary.
