MANILA, Philippines — A man was shot dead while playing a computer video game in Tondo, Manila, Saturday night. ADVERTISEMENTReports from the Manila Police District said Radem Edem, 39, from Purok 3 of Isla Puting Bato in Barangay 20, Tondo, was in a “piso net” shop in Purok 1 when slain. A witness said a man wearing a jacket and short pants approached and shot Edem from behind. Edem was hit in the head and died instantly. The assailant managed to escape on foot.
