Police have identified the victim who died of a gunshot wound in a Surrey park over the weekend as 27-year-old Brendan Aditya Chand. Bog Park homicide victim identified as 27 y/o Brendan Aditya CHAND. Chand's body was discovered in Bog Park near the 9800 block of 130 Street at approximately 1:50 p.m. PT Sunday afternoon. Anyone with information is asked to call the IHIT tipline at 1-877-551-4448, or, to remain anonymous, call Crime Stoppers. Chand was under a ten year firearms ban at the time of the incident, and was also serving a conditional sentence for drug trafficking.
