An altercation between a 43-year-old man and four of his friends over non-payment of electricity bill turned ugly when the former was set ablaze. According to Khadakpada police, the victim — identified as Hussain Sheikh, a resident of Kalyan — lived with his four friends when a fight erupted between them over non-payment of electricity bill. "Suddenly one of them poured kerosene on the victim and set him on fire. He has suffered severe burns and is admitted at Sion Hospital," said a Khadakpada police officer. They all blamed Sheikh for not making the timely payment and assaulted him.
