A man in his 40s is in critical condition after a stabbing in the city’s east end early Wednesday morning. Toronto police were called in the area of Danforth and Greenwood Aves. around 1:50 a.m. and found a man suffering from multiple stab wounds. Toronto paramedics said the victim was rushed to trauma centre with serious, possibly life-threatening injuries. No suspect information has been released.
