A man has been sentenced after an argument with his partner escalated to an altercation. A man who struck his partner after she punched him first has appeared in court. Defence lawyer Nathan Bourke told Judge Garry Barkle the domestic matter involved a punch to the head. However, he followed the victim to a vehicle outside and struck her several times with his hands before she hit him back.
