KUALA LUMPUR: A salesman is pleading for information on his Thai wife who has not been in touch with him for close to a month. The woman, Nittaya Chamnangam, 26, left the house in Kuantan on Feb 27 and has not been seen or heard from since. Cheong, who has a five-month-old son with Nittaya, said he was now having trouble obtaining Malaysian citizenship for their son. "My son was born in Bangkok on Oct 28 last year and we returned to Malaysia once my wife recuperated. Department head Datuk Seri Michael Chong urged anyone with information on Nittaya to contact 03-2203 3888 or go to the nearest police station immediately.
