A driver allegedly at fault in a fatal Queenstown road accident has been remanded on bail without plea. Jiaxuan Goh (24), who lives in Parnell, Auckland, is charged with dangerous driving causing the death of Susan Cullen. Goh is also charged with two counts of dangerous driving causing injury, to Terry Cullen and Jia Xin Neo. The charge of dangerous driving causing death carries a maximum sentence of 10 years' imprisonment and a $20,000 fine. Dangerous driving causing injury is a five-year maximum and $20,000 fine.
