A man, 51, accused of disorder in public places at the junction of Nathan Road and Argyle Street in Mong Kok on November 10, appeared at the West Kowloon Magistrates' Courts today. The case was adjourned until April 24 and the defendant was released on a cash bail of HK$500. He was ordered tonot to leave Hong Kong, surrender travel documents, live in the address he provided, report to the police once a week, follow curfew orders and not enter the incident location.
