They say the Pennsylvania man told them he asked her to drive him to Las Vegas for a holiday together, before he bound and suffocated her then dumped her body in the Nevada desert. Feden, who was just over 4-ft tall, had been missing two months before a woman's remains were found in the desert. Police say Feden was diagnosed with Vater syndrome, a condition that limits her mental capacity, according to Wyoming News Now TV. The criminal complaint reportedly identifies Chapman as Feden’s boyfriend and describes a “tumultuous” past with him. Authorities say the description of the remains matches Feden's, and there is "sufficient evidence" to suggest the body is hers.
