A neighbour at the scene said the shot man had moved into the area just two months before. Grant MatthewAt 10pm, police said they had located a man who was helping police with the investigation. Witnesses have claimed a 27-year-old man was shot in Marama Cres in Spotswood by one of his neighbours around 5pm. "We are not seeking anyone else in relation to the incident earlier today at Marama Crescent," detective senior sergeant Blair Burnett said.
