He is currently facing three charges of intoxication manslaughter and one count of intoxication assault filed by the Harris County District Attorney. Security cameras caught the speeding silver Honda driven by Morejon crash into a black pickup truck at 7:53 a.m. on Oct. 25, just around six minutes after the livestream on Facebook was held. Both Morejon and the driver of the pickup truck were taken to the hospital and in serious condition. Morejon’s three passengers who died at the scene were, meanwhile, identified as Leosveyks Gonzalez, 35; Ricardo Rodriguez Tamayo, 40; and Massel Rodriguez Tamayo, 32.
