A 20-year-old man got arrested after livestreaming himself breaking into an automated teller machine (ATM) with a hammer in lllinois in the United States. They checked the leads that ultimately led them to Neal, who was placed into custody without incident. In the livestreamed video of Neal, he can be seen smiling at the camera before hitting the ATM with a hammer, as per NBC Chicago, also on Aug. 15. The footage likewise showed several other men helping him break into the machine along North State Street in the city of Chicago.
