Kisumu County Commissioner Mohammed Maalim said the man, identified as Billi Evans Onyango, died on admission to the Aga Khan Hospital. “The victim passed on while undergoing treatment at the hospital,” Mr Maalim told Nation.co.ke. The suspected attacker was also taken to the same hospital after he was beaten up by an angry mob. “We expect the management to tell us what measures they are putting in place to ensure no more lives are lost.
