The accused Md Monir, a cell phonevendorwho also sells SIM cards and recharge vouchers,hails fromthe Saturia upazila in Tangail. He has been fined Tk10,000 said Nazrul Islam adding:“He will serve additional one month jailtime if he fails to pay the fine.”Two other accused — Subrata Shil and Alamgir Hossain — were acquitted as the charges against them could not be proved. Monir had also distributed photos of former president Zillur Rahman and former Indian prime minister Manmohan Singh.
