Concert goers filmed the horrific moment a man was electrocuted in a flash of white light after touching power cables while scaling the top of a stage structure during a music festival. The concert, which started around 11.30pm on April 29, had been underway for half an hour when he climbed up the side of the stage and started to walk across the top. When he realised the danger, Gomes tried to coax the apparently inebriated man to come down before he got hurt. The incident happened during the first performance of the last night of a local music festival known as the Festa da Uva. The body, which was sent crashing to the ground beside the stage, was recovered and sent for autopsy around 2am.
