A man in his 50s was rushed to hospital with second- to third-degree burns after his tent caught on fire Friday night. Emergency services were called to the scene on Rosedale Valley Rd. around 6:30 where they found a man suffering from “extreme burns.”He is now in hospital in life-threatening condition. Toronto police say the man “occupied” the tent at the time of the fire. Fifty-three division is still investing the incident, and Ontario’s Office of the Fire Marshal has been notified.
